The School of Modern Languages and Applied Linguistics and Aonad na Gaeilge (School of English, Irish and Communication) are organising the Irish Association for Applied Linguistics 2026 Annual Conference. It will be held at the University of Limerick on November 13-14, 2026.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Attitudes towards languages: Multilingualism, plurilingualism and language education for a democratic, just and sustainable world“.
